Learning basic reggaeton steps and movements,

Learning the prepared choreography

Learning the settings and transitions

Exercises that will make it easier to appear in front of the camera and increase your self-confidence

VIDEO PROJECT
The course ends with a group video project. The recording is included in the price but is not mandatory.
It is possible to record yourself solo (additional fee) and take advantage of an individual consultation with a trainer for PLN 100.

kontynuacja programu ze stopnia pierwszego

Wprowadzenie do treningu- podstawowe ruchy i bodymovement, rozgrzewka i rozciąganie,

Praca nad odpowiednią podstawą ciała oraz ustawieniem sylwetki,

Musicality- Zaznajomienie z konstrukcją muzyki reggaeton- praca nad 'rozumieniem i czuciem' muzyki.

Ćwiczenia na świadomość ciała, koordynacje i izolacje- wyższy poziom.

CHOREOGRAFIA
Choreografia oparta na umiejętnościach nabytych na zajęciach technicznych. Praca nad świadomym poruszaniem się w zgodzie z muzyką, jej akcentami i emocjami. Możliwość solowego nagrania na koniec.
Jest możliwość skorzystania z indywidualnej konsultacji z trenerem w kwocie 100zł.

Different faces of reggaeton - romantico and urban choreo, work on stage expression, emotions in dance, artistic expression.
Final choreography taught in a duet.

FEEDBACK
Each course participant gets the opportunity to receive individual feedback from instructors after the meetings. The basis for the consultation is the performance of the final choreography.
