Tournament Rules:

1. The tournament will take place on 7.06.2025.

2. The competition is held in the Formation category (over 5 people) in the styles of reggaeton, salsa, commercial and high heels.

3. Each group presents its skills to its own music. The presentation can last a minimum of 90 seconds and a maximum of 180 seconds (3 min). Exceeding the presentation time is tantamount to disqualification of the group.

4. Only festival participants (holders of any pass) can take part in the competition.

5. Participants are assessed in 4 categories such as: Technique (skills), performance of the show (synchronization of dancers), choreography (advancedness of the presented arrangement), general impression (costumes).

6. The winning formation is selected by a panel of 3 judges. (The composition of the jury will be announced on 15.04)

7. For winning group will be organized a special edition of BailaTON Academy- Winners with a world-class reggaeton star (the name of the instructor will be published on 1.05.2025). It is not possible to exchange the prize for its financial equivalent.

8. Applications should be sent to the organizer by 20.05.2025 to the address bailaton.info@gmail.com in the title: Formation_NameOfGroup. In the body of the email, please provide the dance style, number of participants, contact phone number, name and surname of the coordinator, information on whether all participants are of legal age. Music in mp3 format should be sent by 1.06.2025 to the same email address.

9. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant or group in the event of their inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with these regulations.

10. All disputes or issues not covered by the regulations will be resolved by the Organizer.

11. Participants take part in the competition at their own risk. The tournament organizer is not responsible for the consequences of accidents, does not provide life insurance, health insurance or civil liability insurance.

12. The organizer is not responsible for items left at the event.

13. The Organizer reserves the right to make film and photographic documentation of the tournament and publish it in the media. Both participants and spectators agree to the free and indefinite distribution and use of their image by the Organizer

14. A detailed start schedule will be published on 1.06
