All persons participating in the event and staying on the event premises are obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of other people, maintain the sanitary regime and comply with the provisions of the regulations below.

 

1) The ban on entry to the event area applies to:

  • people bringing narcotic drugs, alcoholic beverages, psychotropic substances, weapons, pyrotechnic or explosive articles, or other dangerous items or tools, as well as people bringing items that make identification impossible, e.g. balaclavas,

  • people behaving aggressively, refusing to identify themselves with an identity document or to check their luggage or clothing (if they are suspected of trying to bring the above-mentioned funds or items).

2) People will be removed from the facility/area if:

  • behave aggressively, disrupt the order of the event or pose a threat to other people,

  • despite the prohibition, entered or brought the above-mentioned prohibited substances or items.

3) Persons present at the event site are obliged to follow the order instructions of the organizer and security services.

4) In the event of resistance to the security services mentioned above. persons will be immediately handed over to the Police.

5) Their guardians or parents are responsible for minors.

6) Event participants acknowledge that entering the event area is tantamount to granting consent to free photography, filming or other types of recordings of their person in connection with the event, as well as transmitting, disseminating or transmitting their voice and image in connection with any program presenting the event. .

7) If a fire or other threat is noticed, people present on the premises should:

  • immediately notify the Security Services,

  • avoid panic,

  • follow the orders of the Security Services and announcements,

  • do not obstruct the access of rescue services

8) Event participants acknowledge that the primary task of the security service is to counteract and prevent even the slightest threat to the property and lives of event participants. Any action taken by law enforcement services to prevent such phenomena is permissible provided that it is consistent with the law.

9) Each Participant takes part in the event at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for damage suffered by event participants and other people staying at the event premises.

10) The organizer reserves the right to change the presenters, program, date and place of the event.

11) The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, it also guarantees a refund of the event ticket price.

12) These Regulations will be made available

13) All persons participating in the event and staying on the event premises are obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of other people, including compliance with the sanitary regime, if justified by the epidemic situation and to the extent provided for by applicable law, as well as to comply with the following regulations.

PAYMENT AND RETURN REGULATIONS

 

Ticket purchase

  • After selecting the offer, please complete the form available on the event website. Within 24 hours, an initial order confirmation and information about the next steps will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the booking process.

  • The confirmation received after payment must be in a PDF file to be presented on an electronic medium (e.g. telephone)

  • Each festival participant is obliged to wear a festival wristband in a visible place.

  • The basis for admission to the event is to have an APPLICATION CONFIRMATION as a confirmation of the payment received after making the purchase and an IDENTITY DOCUMENT confirming the data on the application.

  • Failure to report and confirm payment may be the basis for not allowing the participant to enter the event area. The Participant is responsible for permanently saving the received ticket immediately after purchase.

  • In case of difficulties in finding the ticket, please immediately, after checking all subfolders of the e-mail box (including the SPAM folder), report the problem to the following address: bailaton.info@gmail.com


TICKETS RETURN and COMPLAINTS

  • There is a 14-day return policy when purchasing a pass. We do not accept returns of passes after the 14th day from the date of purchase, regardless of the reason.

  • Returns can only be submitted up to 14 days before the event.

  • The refund will be made to the buyer's account within 14 days from the date of notification.

  • Reports regarding returns, technical problems, or failure to receive confirmation should be sent to bailaton.info@gmail.com

  • Complaints related to the purchase of a pass or other product may be submitted electronically via the following e-mail address: bailaton.info@gmail.com

  • The complaint will be responded to immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of its receipt.

TICKET RESALE

  • Passes can be resold and the name assigned to the pass can be changed only once. The redeemed pass cannot be resold to another person. After a change of ownership, the 14-day return policy does not apply.

  • The original owner of the pass notifies about the change by sending an e-mail to the organizer containing the name, surname and e-mail address of the new owner to bailaton.info@gmail.com

  • You can contact the Administrator in all matters related to the processing of personal data at the following e-mail address or by correspondence to the address provided above.

  • Personal data may be collected by the Administrator for the following purposes:

  • provision of services/performance of the contract by the Administrator - art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR;

  • sending ordered commercial information, including a newsletter, based on consent - Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR;

  • ensuring contact with the Administrator via the contact form - legitimate interest of the Administrator, Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR;

  • accounting and tax – obligation arising from the provisions of art. 6 section 1 letter c) GDPR;

  • pursuing claims in connection with with concluded contracts - legitimate interest of the administrator, Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR;

  • detection of bots and abuses in services, statistical and analytical measurements and improvement of services - art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR.

  • The administrator collects personal data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.

  • The administrator processes personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the intended purposes.

  • Users have the following rights that they can exercise (to do this, please contact the Administrator - contact details above):

  • The right to access data;

  • The right to rectify data;

  • The right to delete data;

  • The right to restrict processing;

  • The right to transfer data (if processing is based on consent or for the purpose of concluding a contract);

  • The right to object (if the data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator);

  • The right to withdraw consent, provided that processing is based on consent;

  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data.

  • Data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of the Administrator, among others: IT service providers - such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator's instructions. Data may also be transferred, based on the administrator's authorization, to his employees and associates, debt collection companies, banks, operators handling bank payments, postal operators, and entities providing accommodation services.

  • Personal data will not be transferred to recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area.

  • The Administrator makes every effort to provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
